CCF is the programme within ICAA dedicated to identifying and accompanying new expressions of the culinary arts. Its institutional role is discovery, validation and activation, to find emerging work of craft and accompany it into the wider framework. It covers the universe eligible under the broad meaning of the culinary arts: producers with craft, artisans, fermenters and professionals at any level, in any discipline of the global culinary sector.
WHAT CCF DOESDiscovery, validation, activation
CCF identifies emerging expressions, validates their craft within the standards of the framework, and activates them through the visibility of the system. It operates in alliance with a CCF Program Partner. The institutional role of CCF is to identify and accompany; the financing of the projects it brings forward sits with the CCF Program Partner.
