The Universal Table is the institutional framework for the culinary arts, owned and architected by Zegarra-MV Zrt., a Hungarian holding (Zrt.).

What The Universal Table is

The Universal Table is an institutional framework dedicated to the culinary arts in their full scope, from origin to experience. It is composed of three pillars, ICAA, WCF and FLAME, and three programmes that operate within ICAA: WIBAL, WCT and CCF. Pillars are stable institutional structures; programmes are operational mandates housed within a pillar.

How ownership works

Ownership and architecture

Zegarra-MV Zrt. holds the intellectual property of the framework and signs as its contractual counterpart. Each pillar carries its own institutional identity and operates under its own governance; the holding safeguards their coherence and the integrity of the framework as a whole.

Separation of ownership and operation

Ownership and operation are separated by design. The holding architects; the pillars operate. The arrangement allows each pillar to engage governments, associations and professional bodies on its own institutional standing, while the holding remains the structural counterpart.

Horizon

The framework is conceived as permanent, independent of any single edition, any single host country and any single market cycle. It is built for the long horizon of the culinary arts.

Governance

Zegarra-MV Zrt. operates from Hungary under the governance of its Board and the institutional framework set out in its founding documents. Decision-making is structured by area of responsibility; oversight of each pillar is exercised through its own institutional governance, accountable to the holding for coherence and continuity.
