Zegarra-MV Zrt. operates from Hungary under the governance of its Board and the institutional framework set out in its founding documents. Decision-making is structured by area of responsibility. Oversight of each pillar is exercised through its own institutional governance, accountable to the holding for coherence and continuity.

Ownership and operation are separated by design: the holding architects and safeguards coherence; the pillars operate on their own institutional standing. Within ICAA, standard-setting and verification are likewise separated, so that recognition rests on neutral assessment rather than on any single interest.
