TWO MEMBERSHIPSChoose your route
Active Membership, for individuals
For professionals across the culinary arts who want to enter before they are fully established. Includes an annual Active Member certificate, onboarding, up to five interest themes, the international opportunity board, curated resources, spotlight and feature eligibility, community access and readiness support.
Institutional Membership, for academies, schools and establishments
A formal relationship with ICAA: onboarding, institutional briefings, access to accreditation routes, resource packs, readiness support and visibility as a serious institution engaging with the system.
WHAT MEMBERSHIP MEANSBelonging, not certification
Membership signals belonging and active participation. It is not certification and does not claim verified competence. The Active Member certificate is deliberately distinct from a verified credential, it represents participation, and it opens the path toward certification when you are ready.
ONBOARDINGYour first days
Membership begins with a structured onboarding: confirmation of status and certificate, dashboard access, the choice of up to five interest themes, and a first view of opportunities and resources. Within the first week you are introduced to the pathway tools that show where you stand and how to move toward certification.
